Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At The Magic Bloom, each product is designed and crafted with care. Since many of our items are custom-made or personalised, we have a strict return policy to ensure fairness while protecting the uniqueness of our creations.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.

  • The product received is incorrect compared to your order confirmation.


2. Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The request must include clear photos or videos of the damage/defect.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • For fragile items (e.g., designer lights), customers are advised to open the package in the presence of the delivery agent and report any visible damage immediately.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or personalised products without defects.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation by the customer.

  • Products that have been used or altered after delivery.


4. Refund Process

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval of the return request.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


5. Replacement Process

  • Approved replacements will be shipped within 7–10 business days after receiving the defective product.

  • For custom-made items, replacement timelines may vary based on production requirements.

7. Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by The Magic Bloom only if the product is defective or damaged.

  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
