At The Magic Bloom, we are committed to delivering your custom 3D-printed designer lights, premium home décor items, and wallpapers in perfect condition and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and customer responsibilities.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • International shipping is currently not available.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For custom or made-to-order products, processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the design complexity.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier serviceability, and unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping during promotional campaigns.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their order on the courier partner’s website or app.


6. Packaging & Handling

  • All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Fragile items, such as lights, are double-boxed with protective layers.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping will incur additional charges.


8. Damage During Transit

  • Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery agent and to our support team within 24 hours, along with photos/videos.


9. Delayed Deliveries

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will keep you updated and work with our logistics partners to ensure delivery as soon as possible.
